Do you have the proper thermometer to track your body temp?
I recommend liquid metal thermometers because digital thermometers are less accurate when the battery is low, without telling you that they’re inaccurate (because the battery is low!). Also, they can become inaccurate when they are dropped from a height of 4 to 6 inches (What if that happened in shipping?).
The thermometers we recommend are individually tested and marked for accuracy at the factory. You might be able to find this same thermometer in your local pharmacy or large retailer.
I recommend that you check your temperature several times a day, starting several hours after you wake up. By adding these temperatures together and then dividing the sum by the number of temperatures, you can see what your temperature average is during the day. It’s normal for people to have low temperatures during the day, but if their temperatures are low during the middle of the day when they are supposed to be at their highest then that is an indicator that the person’s health problems might improve with normalization of the body temperature.
Remember, you can record your temperatures on this free temperature log that you can print out.
I have pvcs and pacs. Can I take this therapy?
Some patients with pvcs and pacs have used t3 therapy successfully. I’d be happy to talk to your doctor for free about precautions and pro’s and con’s s/he might consider. S/he can call 800 420 5801 to make the arrangements. Best :)
