I firmly believe in Wilson’s Thyroid Syndrome. I have the book, Manual & patient forms. I have treated myself, my wife & several patients with different symptoms. To my surprise, my wife was cured from her Migraine at a [low] dose………several patients did too. Thanks a lot to Dr Wilson & all your efforts to publicize this MAGICAL cure for almost a thousand serious symptoms. I see many who

Dr. Ayre’s Comments

“I always knew there was a missing piece to thyroid understanding”

-Steven Ayre, MD

Burr Ridge, IL

Issues covered in the account below:

  • Open-minded
  • Clinical experience

I have managed to get into the doctor’s book, and I find the whole concept to be really a wonderful piece of work. It has actually served to clarify some of the deep mystery and dissatisfaction I have always felt about “thyroid stuff.” Dr. Wilson’s discovery of this syndrome will answer a lot of questions for a lot of physicians, I am sure.

I have a reputation for being open-minded. A patient looking for help was

Dr. Smith’s Comments

“When patients read the doctors manual I have very little difficulty with the treatment”

-Timothy Smith, MD

Sebastopol, CA

Issues covered in the account below:

  • T4-containing medicine
  • Case studies in Doctor’s Manual

When they do manage to get their temperatures up they feel great!

I insist that every patient read the Doctor’s Manual before I treat them with T3. And for the patients who are on T4 containing medicine I insist that they read the doctors manual before they wean off of it.

It’s only when I read the doctors manual that I saw that this was real and that there was scientific

Dr. Webber’s Comments

“One must feel sad that this information is not only widely unknown, but also ignored”

– James Webber, MD

  • T4 – T3 conversion
  • Knowledgeable patients
  • Armour thyroid

#1: Reliable T3 SR has made a significant impact on my effective treatment regimes for impaired/suboptimal thyroid function. The titration scheme utilizing body temperature as a reflection of T3’s impact on a trillion or more of the patient’s cells is extraordinary and extremely practical (not to mention cost-effective and patient involving)! The correlation between rising body temperature to optimum and massive reduction in symptoms is nearly astounding!

Dr. Hunnninghake’s Comments

“Even in medical school thyroid was kind of a mystery”

-Ron Hunninghake, MD

Wichita, KS

Issues covered in the account below:

  • Fibromyalgia
  • Adrenal fatigue

Conventional medicine is preoccupied with simply treating symptoms without carefully investigating the underlying causes of those symptoms.

The thyroid system regulates energy and energy is important in healing and in how well the body functions.

Even in medical school thyroid was kind of a mystery. The tests were confusing. There was nothing practical, they were over-complicated and hard to get a grasp on. For me, Dr. Wilson’s book was the first book that explained thyroid physiology in a practical

Dr. Denton’s Comments

“Now 8 and a half years later it is an integral part of my practice”

I have been using time release liothyronine for at least 8 1/2 years and have been extremely pleased with the results. Although giving instructions and finding the optimal dose can be a bit time-consuming initially, the rewards of seeing the often-dramatic improvements in the patient are well worth the effort. Although I use a lot of T3/T4 combination therapy with various natural thyroid

Endocrinologist’s Comments

“We endocrinologists realize that there may be better ways of using thyroid hormone and we’re still looking for those ways”

-Endocrinologist

Issues covered in the account below:

  • Improvement

The alternative medicine community for some time has felt there may be better ways of using thyroid hormone. And not being constrained by double-blind, placebo-controlled, prospective

Dr. Nathan’s Comments

“The better informed the patient is, the better the results”

-Neil Nathan, MD

Issues covered in the account below:

  • Hundreds and hundreds of patients
  • low body temperatures
  • Nomal thyroid tests

I have been treating Wilson’s Temperature Syndrome for almost 7 years now, and it has become an increasingly significant part of my practice. When I first started, I used cytomel, but found that in its usual form it gave variable results. For some time now I’ve used exclusively compounded long-acting T3 with much better improvement. I have found a significant percentage of patients with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue (I’d estimate at 50%) have

Dr. Nesbit’s Comments

“90 to 100% percent of patients I treat for Wilson’s Temperature Syndrome improve”

-Ian Nesbit, ND

Issues covered in the account below:

  • Candida
  • Immune System

I believe that low metabolism can adversely affect the immune system, contributing to problems such as Candida overgrowth. The symptoms of Candida overgrowth are very similar to hypometabolism. I feel T3 therapy is very helpful in overcoming Candida, in conjunction with diet, anti-fungals, and replenishing the gut with normal flora.

90 to 100% percent of patients I treat for Wilson’s Temperature Syndrome improve. When there aren’t a lot of complicating factors patients are amazed because it’s wonderful.

I was first introduced to Wilson’s Thyroid Syndrome approximately 7-8 years ago by a patient who had a number of problems and who reads profusely. She piqued my interest and I began researching. I read the Doctor’s Manual and have probably at this point in time, treated well over 500 patients with amazingly good results.

I have found that there are patients with Wilson’s Temperature Syndrome everywhere.
