Manual or Combined Info Kit you can buy this extra Doctor's Manual
for 1/2 price. This is an extra special offer to make it easier
for both doctor and patient to have their own Doctor's Manual. This
extra Doctor's Manual is only offered at the time you are buying
another Doctor's Manual, or a Combined Info Kit (especially due
to shipping costs). An order for an extra Doctor's Manual (also
known as a Tag-along Manual) alone will not be filled and your money
will be refunded.
